Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of ClinicSuite360 ("the Platform"), operated for clinics and healthcare practices in India. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the clinic you represent.

1. Who can use ClinicSuite360 The Platform is intended for licensed clinics, doctors, and their authorized staff. You must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the clinic you register, and the information you provide during signup must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your account and data You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Patient data entered into the Platform belongs to your clinic; ClinicSuite360 acts as a data processor and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and billing Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at signup, in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST. Plans renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings. Add-ons and metered features (such as AI usage) are billed based on actual consumption, shown transparently in your wallet before use.

4. Acceptable use You agree not to use the Platform to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach the security or tenant isolation of the system, or resell access without a written agreement with us.

5. AI-assisted features Features such as the AI ambient scribe, prescription safety checks, and the AI voice receptionist are decision-support tools. A licensed clinician remains responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated clinical content before it is acted upon.

6. Availability and support We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. Support is available via the channels listed on our Contact section.

7. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement in line with the notice period on your plan. On termination, your clinic's data remains available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, in line with our data retention practices.

8. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, ClinicSuite360's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the fees paid by your clinic in the preceding three months.

9. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email before they take effect.

10. Contact Questions about these Terms can be sent to the support contact listed on our website.
